After photographing five generations of women in my own family I wanted to gift this memory to other families. While I haven't yet found a family with five generations of women I have had the privilege of photographing this beautiful family of four generations who travelled all the way from Myrtleford for the experience.

When asked to tell me a bit about your family Jade replied "I am so proud of the strong and caring women in my family. My nan at 88 years still cooks for her grandkids and has taught my girls to play a mean game of poker."  I just loved the close relationship this statement conveyed between the oldest and youngest members of this family.

The connection between these ladies was unmistakeable and within 5 mins of our session starting Karen just looking at her mum brought her to tears.

While the focus of the session was to capture all of the generations in the one image it is also important to capture the various combinations of family and of course have a bit of fun while were are at it.  Thank you ladies for allowing me to capture your family. xx
