• Sandra will wear a mask during your newborn session 
• cleaning studio prior to babies arrival
• using digital composites for complex poses 
• baby is supported at all times and a spotter used when necessary 
• use of a camera strap when photographing newborns from overhead
• experience handling newborn babies in the studio - Sandra has two children of her own and two grandchildren

Almost everyone has a camera or phone and knows how to take a photo but it takes a lot more than that to be a professional photographer.

Style

• every photographer's style will be different. Spend time looking through images of photographers on social media and websites to see what resonates with you. Sandra's studio newborn photography is posed with controlled lighting. Her standard newborn sessions include poses on beanbags, in props, and images with siblings and parents. 
• Sandra does not offer 'froggie pose' or poses that require baby to be fully naked (ie they always have a nappy on which may be covered with a wrap or outfit)
